USA, CO: Loveland Ale Works to open in February
Loveland Ale Works has plans to install fermentors at the beginning of January, move brew kettle, mash ton and hot and cold liquor tanks into the brewhouse and open the brewery in February 2012, Drinks Business Review reported on December, 30.
Loveland Ale Works founder Nick Callaway hopes to start brewing by 16 January 2011. It will be the fourth brewery in Loveland adding to Big Beaver Brewing, Grimm Brothers Brewery and Rock Bottom Brewery.
The brewery includes a 1,000ftІ taproom and will serve Belgian, English and American-style beers. Callaway has plans to open with a 10-barrel brewing system and push the envelope with his beers.
Callaway, a longtime home brewer, quit his project designer job at Lamp Rynearson & Associates in Fort Collins to pursue his longtime dream of owning a brewery.
