Scottish & Newcastle has extended the tender offer for its £50m nine-and-three-quarter per cent Bonds Due 2006. The extension is until 1100 GMT on 12 March 2004. All other terms of the tender offer remain unchanged, the company said. As of Friday (16 January), £8,591,000 principal amount of the Bonds had been tendered and purchased by S&N. Following the cancellation of these Bonds, £6,548,000 principal amount is outstanding.
