Canada, ON: Bellwoods Brewery opens in Toronto
Bellwoods Brewery, the new brewery and tied house owned by Mike Clark and Luke Pestl (both formerly of Amsterdam Brewing), is now open in the west end of downtown Toronto, Canadian Beer News reported on April, 9.
The bar has eight draught lines, with six for Bellwoods beers and two for guest taps from other local breweries. Bellwoods brands on tap include Common Pale Ale, Farmhouse Saison, Toil & Trouble Dubbel, Witchshark Imperial IPA and Cuvee du Grandma’s Boy. The beers on offer will rotate on a regular basis, and selected brands will also be available at other bars and restaurants in Toronto, including barVolo and Grand Electric.
