Russian brewing force, Baltika is looking to issue a three-year bond, Russian newspaper Kommersant revealed. The newspaper has claimed on February 2 that the Russian brewer plans to issue the domestic bond, worth around US$50m, later this year. An organizer for the issue has not been chosen yet, according to Kommersant. It is expected to be launched in the spring, with a yield of between 12% and 14%.
