As South African Breweries confirmed that it negotiates the purchase of US Miller, the price of SAB’s share has immediately increased by 8% reaching the value of R85.20 at Johannesburg bourse.

This represents another increase in SAB’s share price, one of the most recent having been registered in mid March, when the unconfirmed information relating to an eventual acquisition of Miller by SAB, made the share price jump from R81 to R83.20.
