Czech Union of Small Independent Breweries some time ago made a complaint against two important Czech breweries Plzensky Prazdroj and Radegast that these would have signed exclusive contracts with local restaurants .

Following this petition, now, Anti-Monopoly Office (UOHS ) has announced its preliminary verdict, according to which the brewers Plzensky Prazdroj and Radegast are officially found guilty of having infringed the Czech Anti-Monopoly Law.
