USA, CA: Karl Strauss Brewing Co. brings back Karl Strauss Amber

San Diego-based Karl Strauss Brewing Co. is marking the 100th birthday of its co-founder and namesake Karl Strauss with the re-release of Karl Strauss Amber, Shanken News Daily reported on September, 6.

A San Diego session beer, Karl Strauss Amber has been repackaged in a new can, which features a hand-sketched portrait of Karl Strauss.

Rolling out this month, the 4.5%-abv brew will be available on draft and in six-packs throughout California, joining the brewery’s year-round line-up. Last year, Karl Strauss reported total production of 40,000 barrels.
