USA, ME: Kennebec River Pub & Brewery releases Honey Badger Rye

Kennebec River Pub & Brewery, located at Northern Outdoors in The Forks, Maine, has released Honey Badger Rye ale prepared using real honey, The Drinks Business Review reported on September, 7.

Specialty beers from Kennebec are handcrafted in a traditional pub method where the beer's carbonation and flavors develop naturally, in stainless steel kegs.

Northern Outdoors vice president and Kennebec River Brewery founder Jim Yearwood said that the brewery's beers are never filtered or pasteurized.

The brewery also serves six styles of handcrafted beers in 3oz glasses including Whitewater Wheat, Big Mamma Blueberry, Penobscot Porter.

Kennebec produces eight different ales & lagers distributed on tap. Seasonal offerings such as Let 'er Drift Summer Ale, Kennebec River IPA, and Sledhead Red Ale offerings are also available as bottled 6-packs in select New England stores.
