The Netherlands & Singapore: Heineken buys further 55 thousand shares in Asia Pacific Breweries
Dutch brewer Heineken N.V. said on September, 12 that on Sep. 11 it bought a further 55,000 shares in Asia Pacific Breweries Ltd., representing 0.02% of the total, bringing its total implied holding to 222,076,179 (86%) shares.
Heineken said it paid S$53 for each share, before costs.
The 86% stake is dependent on approval by Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd shareholders, as Heineken has undertook to acquire their shares in APB.
