Canada, AB: Big Rock Brewery releases first beer from its Alchemist Edition

Following quickly on last week’s announcement of a new series of “ultra-premium and rare” beers from Big Rock Brewery called the Alchemist Edition, the first beer in the series is now available, Canadian Beer News reported on October, 10.

Ambrosia Wet Hop Ale was brewed with hops from Washington’s Yakima Valley that were picked and put on dry ice for transport to Alberta, where they were used within 24 hours of being harvested.

Ambrosia Wet Hop Ale is available exclusively on draught at select bars and restaurants in Alberta while supplies last.
