Denmark: The Danish Brewery Group A/S announced on 1 March 2004 that the Supervisory Board of AB Kalnapilio-Tauro Grupé, a subsidiary of The Danish Brewery Group, had decided to suspend the CEO of the Company, Rolandas Virsilas. The decision has been made after Rolandas Virsilas has handed in his notice with effect from 9 March 2004. Furthermore, the Supervisory Board has decided to appoint Connie Astrup-Larsen, who is International Director of The Danish Brewery Group A/S, as CEO of AB Kalnapilio-Tauro Grupé until a satisfactory permanent solution has been found.

Connie Astrup-Larsen has to a significant extent formulated the strategy and action plans launched for AB Kalnapilio-Tauro Grupé, and they will be continued without changes. The expected results for the Company are also unchanged.
