USA, NY: Fairport Brewing Company is now open for business
After the months and years of anticipation, one of Rochester’s newcomers to the brewing scene has now received its official licensing from the New York State Liquor Authority, democratandchronicle.com reported on December, 12.
Fairport Brewing Company is now open for business, and at this time is able to offer tastings, while selling its brews via growlers and growler fills.
In the meantime, the registration process continues with the State Liquor Authority in order for FBC to sell kegs and bottles to retailers and consumers.
Even though the brewery has just recently received its official licensing, they are ready to offer an array of continuously changing beer selections at their tasting bar. The on-tap list on their website lists 6 unique and inviting brews to choose from. The current selection offers a range of styles, such as the Lift Bridge Lager, Raiders IPA, Trail Town Brown, and more.
The brewery has also noted that they are open later on Tuesday evenings in order for customers to stop by and see the brewing operations at work.
