USA, NY: CB’s Brewing Company releases two new beers
Honeoye Falls, New York-based CB’s Brewing Company has released Mannix (13% abv), a Belgian-style Quadruple Saison, and Xinnam (3.5% abv), a “second beer” made with Mannix’s leftover malt mash, Shanken News Daily reported on December, 18.
Billed as a session-style Vienna Lager, Xinnam is brewed via a “second running” mashing process, which utilizes the grain from the production of a strong, high-gravity beer to produce a second offering.
Both Mannix and Xinnam are part of CB’s limited edition Signature Series. The pair will be available on draft at CB’s tasting room and select on-premise accounts throughout western New York, while Mannix will also be offered in 22-ounce bottles.
CB’s Brewing Company, which was established in 1997 and produces four year-round beers, currently distributes its portfolio throughout New York State.
