Canada: AB InBev aiming to raise C$600 mln from five- and ten-year bonds issue

Anheuser-Busch InBev Finance Inc., a financing arm of beer maker Anheuser-Busch InBev NV, aims to raise a minimum of C$600 million ($608.5 million) from an issue of five-year and 10-year bonds, The Wall Street Journal reported on January, 17, citing a person familiar with the offering.

The issues have yet to be priced. The company plans to raise at least C$300 million from the five-year issue. The spread talk is for about 95 basis points over the relevant Government of Canada benchmark curve. It's looking to raise at least the same amount from the 10-year offering. Spread guidance for that issue is about 145 basis points over the relevant benchmark curve.
