USA, OH: Seventh Son Brewing Co. to release its first beers

Seventh Son Brewing Co. will debut its first four beers this weekend, ohio.com reported on April, 18.

The new production brewery and tasting room in Columbus has been open for months. But due to building code and mechanical issues, it hasn’t released its own brews — until now.

People will be able to sample American Strong Ale, Spring Sheep Stout, Stone Fort Oat Brown Ale and Humulus Nimbus Super Pale Ale.

Seventh Son also plans to start distributing its beers on draft to area bars and restaurants next week. The brewery has a bottling machine but is holding off on bottling for now.

"We want to iron out what works the best and then put it in bottles," said co-owner Collin Castore, who also runs Bodega and The Barrel and the Bottle in Columbus. "We’re going to take our time and figure out what people like and have some fun trying new recipes and see how it goes."
