USA, OH: Weasel Boy Brewing Co. to release four new beers

Weasel Boy Brewing Co. will release in Zanesville three hop-oriented beers and a summer fruit beer in June, ohio.com reported on June, 5.

War Dance Wheat IPA will be available at the brewpub and in the Columbus market starting next week.

The brewery also will release Weasel Meets Dog English-style IPA, Wiley Wolverine Rye Pale Ale and Weasel Paw Pawpaw Pale Ale in time for Ohio Brew Week, which runs from June 21 to 29.

Given the number of high-alcohol of hop beers available, Jay Wince, the brewer, said he wanted to provide a few lower alcohol alternatives. "To me, it's all about achieving balance of character between the ingredients," he said. "I like to be hit with a big flavor blast as well as anyone but when drinking a few over the course of an evening with friends, it's nice to have some modest ABV beers to fall back on."
