China & Hong Kong: Carlsberg Brewery Hong Kong tender offer for Chongqing Brewery under scrutiny by Ministry of Commerce

Chongqing Brewery announced on July, 11 that it received a notice from its shareholder Carlsberg Brewery Hong Kong on July 11, 2013 on the progress of tender offer of part of shares in the former, Menafn reported last week.

The Ministry of Commerce (MoC) is examining the tender offer application of Carlsberg Brewery Hong Kong that will report to China Securities Regulatory Commission for verification after approved by MoC.
