Canada, BC: Bomber Brewing opening in Vancouver
Just days after BC’s second new brewery opening of 2014, the province’s third brewery launch of the year is imminent, with the opening on Friday, February 14 of Bomber Brewing in Vancouver, Canadian Beer News reported on February 13.
Founded by Don Farion and Dean Mallel, owners of BierCraft Restaurants, and partner/brewer Blair Calibaba, Bomber will have three flagship brands – Pilsner, ESB and IPA – available in cans and growlers at its retail store, along with rotating seasonals and one-offs in 650 ml bombers.
For the launch, the Bomber retail store will be offering ESB and IPA in 6-packs and growlers, along with seasonal, Shut Out Stout and Belgian Blonde.
