USA, OR & NV: Ninkasi Brewing signs agreements to expand distribution throughout Nevada
Brewery news

Ninkasi Brewing will expand distribution throughout Nevada beginning next month, per new agreements with five distributorships in the state, Brewbound reported on April 28.

The brewery, which is based in Eugene, Ore., has tapped Blach Distributing Co., Capital Beverages, Nevada Beverage Company, Morrey Distributing Co., and Valley Distributors to stock the state’s shelves and tap lines with its lineup of 12 and 22 oz. bottles, draft beers and limited releases.

“We are excited to be entering Nevada,” said Nikos Ride, CEO and co-founder of Ninkasi, in a press release. “With a growing and thriving craft beer scene, we feel there are great opportunities in the state now and into the future.”

Earlier this month, the brewery announced it was officially operational in its second facility, tacking on 70,000 barrels to its capacity. The new brewery gives Ninkasi the ability to grow to a 250,000-barrel per year brewery.

Nevada will be the brewery’s seventh market. Its current distribution footprint includes its home state of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and Vancouver, B.C.
