USA, NC: Gibb's Hundred Brewing Co. opens in Greensboro

Gibb's Hundred Brewing Co. held a soft opening this week, news-record.com reported on October, 15.

The brewery is operated by Mark and Sasha Gibb and will begin producing three brews starting with a pale ale.

Additional brews are to come.

The brewery will also be tapping a special collaboration brew produced by breweries across the state to benefit the North Carolina Craft Brewers Guild.

Gibbs, and Natty Greene's Brewing Co., will each be tapping a limited keg of the N.C. Gose West brew.

Mark Gibbs of Gibb's Hundred Brewing announced that he is working with Triad-area breweries to produce a similar concept beer called Triad Collaboration Brew.

The beer is expected to be brewed in November. A timeline for tapping and other details are still being worked out.
