Canada, ON: Black Swan Brewing launches in Stratford

Stratford is now home to one of the province’s newest small craft breweries, Canadian Beer News reported on October, 15.

Founded by local school teachers Bruce Pepper and Ryan Stokes, Stratford’s Black Swan Brewing made its official public debut late last week, when the first keg of Black Swan English Pale Ale was put on tap at Mercer Hall restaurant. An India Pale Ale and Porter are planned to follow soon.
