EU: Bavarian Agriculture Minister Josef Miller urge EU Agriculture Commissioner Franz Fischler to push for international negotiations to guarantee that Bavarian beer will have brand protection. The problem is, that a Southamerican brewer is using the name Bavaria (the English name for Bayern). At the same time has the Dutch brewer Bavaria (same problem) market a beer called "Bavaria Holland Beer".
