Robert Cain & Co, a UK unit of the Danish brewery Bryggerigruppen, is going to be sold to Stanhill Investments and RC Brewery, investment companies. Bryggerigruppen supposes to gain EUR 1,35 mln and therefore end up 2002 with a pre-tax profit of about 33.4 mln EUR up to 38.8 mln EUR.
