Danish brewing force, Carlsberg, is looking to broaden its marketing strategy for its premium Carlsberg brand in Denmark, according to press reports. The move, reported by Borsen, is in response to surveys showing that people drink different beers in different settings.

“We are shifting focus to a higher degree to a portfolio of beers,” Alex Myers, the Danish brewer's head of international marketing, told the paper. “Consumers don't want to drink just one beer brand. They drink - according to the setting - two, three brands, perhaps more.”
