USA, NY: Queens Brewery rents space from Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 7,200 s/f lease for QB (Queens Brewery) Collective LLC, a New York state-based brewery, at 1539 Covert Street in the Ridgewood section of Queens, NY, Real Estate Weekly reported on May 20.

Neil Dolgin and Kalmon Dolgin, co-presidents of KDA, made the announcement.

KDA brokers Joel Kohn and Avrum Lieber represented the ownership, Covert Holdings LLC, while Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez, also of KDA, negotiated on behalf of the tenant, QB Collective LLC.

The brewing company will occupy 7,200 s/f of the 35,000 s/f, two-story building, which also features a 2,400 s/f lot of land.

Queens Brewery, whose products are available throughout the NYC area, has been operating out of a space upstate in Saratoga Springs, NY for the past year.

The company is relocating to a 4,800 s/f space at 1539 Covert Street, New York, and will occupy the 2,400 s/f of land, as they would like to have more of a presence in the county after which the beer is named.

The property at 1539 Covert Street, is between Irving and Wycoff avenues, situated right on the Queens-Brooklyn border.
