Russia: Federal Financial Market Service registered initial issue of OAO SUN Interbrew, Russia`s division of SUN Interbrew, worth 1.79 billion RUB, Gateway to Russia posted on June 28. Russia's Federal Market Service has announced it registered on June 24 the fist issue and the placement report for common and preferred stocks of OAO SUN Interbrew worth 1,791,308,432 RUB. The stocks were placed by converting the stocks of the reorganized joint stock companies to the stocks of the company established from merger. Under the report, the issuer placed 1,791,308,432 common stocks (1 RUB par each) and 92,943 preferred stocks (1 RUB par). The registered No.No. are: 1-01-65059-D and 2-01-65059-D respectively.

With such issue, SUN Interbrew Limited has completed the transfer of its Russian enterprises to the uniform stock. On March 2, 2004, seven Russian companies of the holding merged into the united company OAO SUN Interbrew (Klin, Moscow Region).
