Canada, BC: Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks to finally open own brewery in Richmond

After several years of operating as a “gypsy brewery” using the facilities of other breweries throughout British Columbia to produce its beer, Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks has announced the opening of its production brewery in Richmond, Canadian Beer News reported on December 8.

Founded by long-time homebrewers and “geek culture” aficionados Dan Fuggles and Tony Warlock with partner Tom Orange, Fuggles & Warlock – which has the motto “Keeping Beer Weird” – has most recently been producing its beers at Dead Frog Brewery in Aldergrove while the brewery at 11224 Horseshoe Way in Richmond was being built out.

The first beers produced at the new facility will be available soon in stores and bars throughout BC, and an on-site tasting room and retail store will be opening in February.
