USA, AZ: Invictus Brewing could open in Phoenix before the end of the year
Invictus Brewing Co. says construction will start on its Blaine brewery and taproom at 2025 105th Ave. N.E. in Phoenix in May or early June, Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal reported on April 20.
Current plans include a 220-seat sports-themed taproom, a 100-person patio and a kitchen. The brewery and taproom could open before the end of the year.
The two-vessel brewery will be able to produce 3,000 barrels of beer per year and will have room for expansion, according to a job posting for a head brewer.
The plans are set to go before the City Council for approval in May.
