USA, GA: From the Earth Brewing Company set to open in Roswell by late summer next year

There’ll be a new spot in metro Atlanta to cool down with a beer next summer.

From the Earth Brewing Company is set to open at 1570 Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell by late summer 2017. The brewpub will feature a “chef-driven seasonal menu,” according to owner Tim Stevens, as well as craft cocktails, wine and on-site brewing, AJC.com reported on November 11.

Stevens — who has enlisted former Sweetwater brewmaster Kevin McNerney to assist on the beer side of things — said he plans to start with six core brews and eventually offer 10-12 beers brewed onsite, as well as local and regional guest taps.

The space will feature an 18-seat bar, seating for about another 70 inside and an outdoor patio with seating for 40-50 customers.

Stevens, who operates Barstools and Dreamer Restaurant Group, said he hopes to expand in the metro Atlanta area with other ventures. He was most recently the manager at Cook Hall in Buckhead and has also worked at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group and Nava, amongst others.
