USA, VA: Hawksbill Brewing Company launches in Luray

"We wanna bring local all the way from the farm to the tap to the glass," said Hawksbill Brewing Company co-owner David Sours.

Grown here, brewed here: that's the concept behind Luray's newest attraction at Hawksbill Brewing Company, WHSV reported on May 12.

"I enjoy brewing. It's kind of a fun experiment," said co-owner Kevin Crisler.

Kevin is the brewer. David is the farmer, and Jim, the mastermind.

"We finally got the right team together between David and Kevin to pull this off," said co-owner Jim Turner. "And we've been working hard for about two years now and here we go!"

The beer is just a product of teamwork and the hard working farmers down the street.

"I think being able to drink beer that was made down the street by people that you know, using ingredients from people you know, brings people together," said Crisler.
