Japan: The third largest Japanese brewery Sapporo Holdings Ltd. announced it is to launch a new beer brand on September 22. In such a way the brewery will mark the opening of the new Central Jappan International Airport (Centrair) near Nagoya, in February 2005. Sapporo expects to sell a total of 110,000 cases of the new beer during the two-month period of sales. The new beer brand will be marketed by the company until November 2004 at a price of JPY 218 (US$1.97) per can (350 ml). The new black label beer will be called Central Japan International Airport Centrair.
