Canada, AB: Hard Knox Brewery to start building its facility in Black Diamond next week
The Okotoks Western Wheel reports that after several months of construction delays, a new brewery is aiming to open later this year in Black Diamond, a small town southwest of Calgary in southern Alberta.
Hard Knox Brewery is being founded by siblings Pamela and Cory Lyken, who have hired brewmaster Issac Privett who plans to use as many local ingredients as possible in his beers.
Construction on the 5000-square-foot facility is expected to start next week, with a target opening date of late autumn.
