USA, TN: Heaven and Ale Brewing Co. now open in North Chattanooga’s Business Development Center
Brewery news

Heaven and Ale Brewing Co. is now open in North Chattanooga’s Business Development Center, Nooga.com reported on November 10.

Brewing company owners Joe Winland, Brian Winland and Marc Powell said they want to deliver an experience that fosters kinship.

They want patrons to feel close to the brewing process and comfortable in the space.

“Our mission is to deliver a diverse lineup of unique, delicious craft beers to our Chattanooga family in an environment that promotes conversation and camaraderie,” Winland said in a prepared statement.

Owners aim to provide something every beer drinker will love.

The 8,000-square-foot space houses a 10-barrel brewhouse and a tasting room that features 16 Heaven and Ale Brewing Co. beers on tap.

There are also 32-ounce crowlers to go.

“A lot of our beers will never leave the taproom,” he also said. “But we’re built to grow. And that’s what we ultimately hope to do.”

The taproom also has a small plates menu that includes cheese and charcuterie boards and open-faced sandwiches.

The opening comes after Joe Winland launched his first craft beer retail store and tasting room in North Chattanooga in 2013 and later expanded to Ooltewah.

There’s also a Southside Heaven and Ale location in the works.
