Canada, ON: Rhythm & Brews Brewing Co. selects May 23 as opening date
Rhythm & Brews Brewing Co. has set Wednesday May 23, 2018 at 4pm for their opening at 1000 Bishop Street North in Cambridge, Ontario, the Ontario Beverage Network reported on May 19.
Founder Andrew Byer – a BJCP National Beer Judge, Prud’homme Beer Sommelier, Certified Cicerone and veteran home brewer – first launched Rhythm & Brews Brewing out of Rainhard Brewing in January 2016.
He and Craig Schindler are now operating the 4,200 sq-foot, 15 hectolitre brewery which features a live events stage, 16 draught lines in the tap room, a retail store with cans and growlers, and a patio slated to open this summer. Charcuterie boards are available daily.

Byer notes a barrel program is en route and their smaller pilot system will allow for numerous collaborations and specialty releases.
