USA, TN: Yee-Haw Brewing Company preparing second location in Pigeon Forge
Yee-Haw Brewing Company is ready to grow and the next location to call home for the craft brewery will be Pigeon Forge, Tenn., according to owner Joe Baker. Yee-Haw will be located at 131 Island Drive in Pigeon Forge and expects to open in mid-June, Brewbound reported on June 4.
The award-winning brewery will open a 2,275 square foot taproom and experimental brewing system next door to Ole Smoky Moonshine at The Island. The location will offer an extensive line of merchandise, food and up 20 taps to serve all Yee-Haw Brewing products. This location will be the first to offer Yee-Haw’s expanded product line of large format bottles of bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey aged beers.
“We are excited to be a part of the already great offering for the millions of visitors to The Island in Pigeon Forge. The atmosphere of quality music and other great attractions is the perfect place for us to showcase our brand and introduce guests to some of the great beer being brewed here in Tennessee,” said Baker.
“Our focus at Yee-Haw Brewing is to make and sell world class beer, but a by-product of that is creating jobs and having a lot of fun. This expansion should allow us to add another 30 or so team members at a location where we should see a lot of craft beer fans excited to learn about our brand,” according to Baker.
Designed by R 2 R Studio LLC in Knoxville, the Pigeon Forge facility will be the second East Tennessee location for the brewery. Live bluegrass music will be played daily on the stage just outside the taproom.
