Canada, AB: Two House Brewing opens its doors in Calgary
A new brewery and taproom offering “European-inspired, truly local beers” is now open in Calgary’s Sunalta neighbourhood, the Canadian Beer News reported on July 29.
Two House Brewing has been launched by a group that includes veteran brewer Geoff Twyman, the original founder of Tree Brewing, and takes its name from the two historic homes – the McCall and the McIntosh – that front the large warehouse where the brewery is located.
Two House officially opened late last week, and currently has four beers on tap including Fool’s Gold Ale (5% abv, 29 IBU), Prvni Pilsner (4.5% abv, 24 IBU), Hoptimist IPA (6.5% abv, 66 IBU), and Rec Room Brown (5.5% abv, 27 IBU).
Two House Brewing is located at 1516 10th Ave. SW in Calgary, and is open 7 days a week.
