USA, NY: Barrage Brewing Company to pour its last beers on January 11
Barrage Brewing Company will soon be pouring its last beers. The microbrewery, based at 32 Allen Boulevard, Farmingdale announced on Instagram it will close its doors this Saturday, January 11, Patch.com reported.
The company didn't give a reason — "don't ask us why, just come say goodbye" — for its closure, but it will maintain its regular hours until it closes. That means beer enthusiasts will have just Thursday, Friday and Saturday to either try Barrage for the first and/or last time.
"Come help us finish off all this great beer, everything must go," Barrage wrote in its post. "And, hey, you've been great! See you in the cafeteria. Thank you all for your support. [Love] The Barrage crew."
Barrage Brewing opened in East Farmingdale in 2014 and has since become a staple of the Long Island craft beer community.
Some of its more popular beers include Yada Yada Yada, a chocolate caramel peanut brown ale likened to drinking a Snickers bar, Assault n' Fudgery, a salted caramel fudge porter, Fluxinator, a coffee stout with maple syrup, Dirty Little S'more, a s'mores-inspired stout, and Touch Me In The Morning, a German kolsch.
Barrage did not respond for comment.
