USA, WA: Cold Crash Brewing debuts in West Seattle

A new brewery has debuted in West Seattle: Cold Crash Brewing is located at 4507 48th Ave. SW, Hoodline reported on March 19.

Cold Crash Brewing specializes in gluten-free beer, with flavors like tropical sunset IPA, hang ten pilsner and beach break Belgian white. The brewery will also be offering gluten-free food options for customers, according to its website.

Cold Crash Brewing has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Devon D. wrote, "This brewery is very speakeasy-like and making some fine brews too that are gluten-free, and no sorghum either — beer nerds know what I'm talking about. Brewmaster's blend makes excellent pairings for stouts, porters and darks."
