USA, NV: Joseph James Brewing Co. decides to cease operations indefinitely
Joseph James Brewing Co., the Henderson craft brewer, decided to cease operations indefinitely on April 27, Eater Vegas reported.
On Facebook, the craft brewer that makes year-round, seasonal, gluten-free, sour, and barrel-aged craft brewed beers announced that after 12 years, it was temporarily stop manufacturing beer.
“Friends, family and loyal patrons, we have some unfortunate news to deliver today. After much deliberation, we have come to the incredibly difficult decision to cease operations indefinitely. Over the past 12 years we’ve been humbled by all the local support, friendships, laughs and cheers that we wouldn’t trade for the world. It’s been a tremendous experience and we have all of you to thank for that!
We look forward to sharing a pint and a high five with you as soon as we’re able to come back together. Until then, please continue to support your local breweries offering curbside options and relief efforts during these trying times. Signed, your JJ cast and crew.”
Joseph James Brewing Co. opened in 2008 as one of the few craft breweries in southern Nevada. The brewery’s roster of beers includes seven year-round beers including a brown ale, imperial IPA, hefeweizen, and craft lager, along with seasonal such as Hoperation Ella India pale ale and Chit Happens India pale ale.
