Canada, BC: Deadfall Brewing releases its first beers in Prince George
A new “intimate and inclusive craft-brewery” has released its first beers in Prince George, British Columbia, the Canadian Beer News reported on May 9.
Deadfall Brewing has been founded by a team that includes head brewer Brandon Baerwald, Erin Baerwald, Jane Fowler, and Will Emery.
While permits are not yet in place for draught sales in the brewery taproom, the retail shop was opened over the weekend to sell cans of four beers including Retrogression West Coast IPA (6.5% abv), Basal Brown Ale (5.2% abv), Cache Kölsch (5% abv), and Circinate Dry-Hopped Sour (4.7% abv). The same beers were also pouring as guest taps at fellow Prince George brewery Trench Brewing., and cans are available at College Heights Liquor Store.
This initial line-up will soon be joined by two other brands, Persister Pale Ale (5.2% abv) and Succession Hazy IPA (6.5% abv).
Deadfall Brewing is located at 1733 Nicholson Street in Prince George.
