USA, ME: Brickyard Hollow Brewing Co. planning two more future locations
A Maine brewing company is continuing a rapid expansion, with two more future locations recently announced, 102.9 WBLM reported on October 5.
Brickyard Hollow Brewing Co., which originally opened in 2017, has quickly grown into numerous locations throughout coast southern Maine. However, that footprint is now going northwest.
The Bangor Daily News reported that Brickyard Hollow Brewing Co. will be opening locations in Skowhegan and Eustis. These two will join the original brewpub in Yarmouth, along with restaurants in Portland, Freeport, Ogunquit, and Yarmouth.
The two locations will give Brickyard Hollow a solid footprint in both central and northwestern Maine. It's also two markets that have very good appeal. Skowhegan is a great spot for redevelopment, while Eustis attracts a tremendous outdoor recreation crowd. Both seem prime for brewpubs.
According to the Bangor Daily News, the Skowhegan location should be open by the end of the year. Brickyard Hollow owner and Skowhegan native Brad Moll says 30 positions will have to be filled at the new location, another added bonus for the town.
Both locations will not just have numerous tap lines of their own beer, reports the Daily News, but expect very delicious food menus, highlighted by creative specialty pizzas.
This is very exciting news for these two great Maine communities. These are two towns that will welcome the Maine-owned business with welcome arms, and realize right away the great benefits of the relationship.
