USA, TX: 3 Nations Brewing Company gets approval to launch in Anna, Texas
Anna City Council approved on November 17 a lease and incentive agreement with 3 Nations Brewing Company to occupy the City of Anna’s former Police and Finance Building at 101 S. Powell Pkwy. 3 Nations Brewing will soon begin renovating the 5,580-square-foot building with plans to open in early summer, the Real Estate Weekly reported.
The Anna Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and Anna Community Development Corporation (CDC) are excited to welcome 3 Nations Brewing Company to Anna. Staff has been in discussion with the brewery for more than a year. The opening of the Anna Municipal Complex relocated the Anna Police Department and Finance Department, freeing up the other facility for leasing to the brewery.
“We are beyond excited to open in Anna and help with the revitalization of the downtown area,” said 3 Nations Managing Partner John Royer. “We are grateful to the city for their full support and cannot wait to open very soon.”
Anna’s EDC and CDC staff also echoed the excitement of this new venture for Anna.
“From the start, we knew that 3 Nations was the right fit for Anna and shared the same vision for Downtown,” said Director of Economic Development Joey Grisham. “We believe that the presence of 3 Nations will attract additional businesses and help take Downtown Anna to a whole new level, especially with the advent of the new Municipal Complex and future Library project.”
