USA, MA: Loophole Brewing planning new brewery in Springfield
Loophole Brewing is planning to open a brewery and taproom in downtown Springfield, according to owner Jeff Goulet, masslive.com reported on March 24.
Loophole Brewing is a New England-based brewing company that also brews its own brand of beer. Its site features 13 regular brands varying from New England IPAs to German ales, along with 18 other special edition brews.
The company will expand to 51-59 Taylor St., and will be on the first floor of the building in Springfield, Goulet said. There will be an event space featuring live music, he said.
Goulet also said Todd Snopkowski, owner of SnapChef and partner in Loophole Brewing, will be on the third floor of the Taylor Street building.
In Sept. 2019, the company opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Holyoke, and it opened another location in April 2021 in Chicopee.
