Japan & Malaysia: Japan’s Sapporo Premium Beer now brewed locally in Malaysia
The finest malt and hops brewed with Japanese craftsmanship to a crisp, well-balanced lager is being introduced to beer lovers across Malaysia, The Star reported on June 21.
Now brewed locally and with an ABV of 5%, Sapporo Premium Beer – the iconic first beer of Japan – is predicted to stand out among the crowd.
Known by its golden star branding, Sapporo is making its way nationwide for beer lovers to taste.
“Sapporo represents a distinct brewing philosophy that honours both tradition and innovation,” said Carlsberg Malaysia marketing director Olga Pulyaeva.“Its introduction to Malaysia aligns perfectly with Carlsberg Malaysia’s strategy of accelerating our premium portfolio.
“By offering consumers a range of quality brews, we are able to cater to diverse preferences and complement any occasion.
“Whether it is enjoying a beer with friends after work or savouring it with a meal, Sapporo is surely to be appreciated by those seeking a high-quality experience inspired by Japan.”
Sapporo Premium is available as a draught beer via Katana taps, in 320ml cans as well as 325ml pint and 640ml quart bottles.
These are being sold in entertainment outlets, super- and hypermarkets and convenience stores.
All promotions and activities are open only to non-Muslims aged 21 and above.
