Mexico: Grupo Modelo SA, Mexico's largest beer-maker, half-owned by Anheuser Busch Cos. Inc., posted on March 23 that it will pay a dividend of MXN1.05 (US$0.09) a share, for a total of MXN3.41 billion. The dividend plan will be voted on by shareholders at the company assembly on April 18.

Grupo Modelo reported a net profit of MXN6.18 billion last year, on sales of MXN48.81bn.
