USA, CA: Trademark Brewing ready to expand to Torrance
Trademark Brewing, a craft brewery and taproom found in Long Beach, is ready to expand to Torrance at 980 W 190th Street, Unit C9, What Now Los Angeles reported on December 10.
The company’s second location appears to be moving into The Enclave, a new food-centric development conveniently located between the 110 & 405 freeways, according to a recent liquor license application. While owners Sterling and Ilana Steffen couldn’t provide What Now Los Angeles with an opening date, the new Trademark Brewing will likely open sometime next year. Customers can expect over a dozen beers on tap and a large outdoor space.
This will be an excellent location for Trademark Brewing’s second location, considering The Enclave is a collection of premier office space, curated restaurants, activated outdoor common areas, art installations, and year-round events. Other eateries already open on the development include HiroNori Craft Ramen, Irb’s Burgers, Nook, Berry Brand, Limone Mediterranean, FAKA’s Island Grill, Long Beach Fish Grill, and more. Trademark Brewing will become the go-to spot in the shopping center for delicious craft beer.
“Trademark Brewing is the first production craft brewery in Long Beach and one of the only sustainability-focused breweries in California,” according to the company’s website. “Our special equipment and processes allow us to use less than half the water of other breweries our size and 30% less energy. At Trademark Brewing, great beer isn’t enough. We make it better.”
