Ukraine: 2005/06 barley export expected to total 3 million tonnes

Experts of Ukrainian Grain Confederation (UAK) expect 2005/06 barley exports from Ukraine to total 3 million tonnes, reported Deputy Director General of UAK Volodymyr Lapa on July 15.

UAK experts expect 2005/06 grain exports from Ukraine to total 10.6 million tonnes. According to UAK Ukraine will export 5 million tonnes of wheat and 1.7 million tonnes of maize.

APK-Inform analysts forecast Ukrainian 05/06 grain exports about 11.5 million tonnes. Ministry of Agrarian Policy forecast Ukraine to supply 10 million tonnes to foreign markets.
