UK: Greene King grant options over 20,000 ordinary shares

Greene King plc announced that on 11 January 2006 it granted options over 20,000 ordinary shares to Ian Bull, Finance Director, under the rules of the Greene King Executive Plan.

The options are at a price of 746p per share and can be exercised (subject to the performance conditions being met) between 11 January 2009 and 10 January 2016.
