USA: Malting barley prices up by 20 to 25 cents in northern Idaho

Local barley prices in southern Idaho were mostly up ranging from 15 cents to 55 cents higher. The Idaho Barley Commission published in Idaho Grain Market Report of July 20, 2006.

Feed prices in northern Idaho were mostly unchanged while malting barley showed a 20 to 25 cent increase. USDA showed net sales of 29.9 TMT to Japan. There were no export sales reported for last week.
