Russia: Baltika Brewery released the second issue

The Baltika Brewery Board of Decision made a decision to launch three additional issues of stocks to take over Pikra, Yarpivo and Vena, the company informed, AK&M released September 06.

The issues are released to give the opportunity for the holders failing to swap their stocks in July. The restructuring in the form of the merger with Baltika was approved August 21 at the special meetings of holders of above companies.
